Our founder

Christopher Garoosi has over 30+ years of successful commercial real estate investment experience, including investments in office buildings, retail buildings, raw land and income producing properties. He specializes in real estate investment in Texas, California, and Florida real estate and also possesses international real estate market expertise.

Mr. Garoosi has proven to have foresight and innovation in these investments over the years. Risk & reward ratios in his investments have been indicative of distinct superiority over the competition.

PAST ACHIEVEMENTS

Prior to founding MBI Commercial Realty Corp, Mr. Garoosi was a Senior Investment Associate Broker with Grunnah/Cole Real Property Company, a member company of Newmarket Group Southwest, Inc. (Miller Commercial Realty). Prior to Grunnah/Cole, Mr. Garoosi worked as a consultant in the commercial real estate field. He has proven experience in investment brokerage with Marcus and Millichap and was named Vice President with Intertex Commercial Real Estate Investments.

He has arranged and managed more than $100,000,000 in syndications and joint ventures for clients. He has successfully represented many international and out of state investors.

QUALIFICATIONS

Mr. Garoosi has a Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters of International Management from the University of Texas at Dallas. Additionally, he has studied in the MBA program in real estate at the University of North Texas. Mr. Garoosi is a licensed real estate broker.
